The first six pages of the LOVEme Journal are self-love exercises that you can do at your leisure to work on your connection to yourself. After that comes the part of the journal that becomes part of your daily routine to go through life more grateful, happier and with more self-love. On the last page I have included a QR code to a self-love meditation I recorded for you. The diary is for 100 days.
